Title: White screen at log in

Unable to enter game 08/28/07 @ 0930. Screen went to white. Tried to relog several times and continue to get white screen.

I called HT and was instructed to delete the vidio8.cfg from the settings folder.
Thought this may be useful for any experiencing the same issue.
