Gents / Ladies

Will be creating a new squad this new tour.
Everytime a pilot lands his kills, a victory msg appears.
How many characters am I allowed to use ?
Where is that entered when I create my squad ?

PHIL as landed 2 victories in a SPITIX of ???????????????????

Anyone ?

Check out the "o club" off the clipboard. Its all there. It will let you know if you use invalid characters and/or length is wrong etc. You need to invite someone else to your squad to start one too, IIRC.

Don't get carried away now.

You don't see the squad name every time.  The longer your name and the plane you flew the more likely the squad name will be cut off.

For example:

LordVishnuTheGreat land 3 kills in a Lancaster III of FatDru


There, see how the squad name was cut off?

To help this out, you probably should only fly La7's.  This is the shortest plane name available in the game.  Also only use a single letter and a single number.

Alright.  Let's try this out again.

N7 landed 3 kills in a La7 of FatDrunkBastards

and dont even bother rackin up kills in a 5 inch or a manned ack if you want your squad name showing :)

Not sure if it's changed but do not use an apostrophe, IE: a lower case ~. It will not accept it.
You can however use the lower case " key, the '.

I squealing HATE the squads that have ~ or # or _ or - or * or { or any of the other dumbarse symbols, starting their squad name....(my squad has that crap too:lol  but Melkor isn't available to change it, should he want to)....just have some #$%%$$% vowels or consonants!
