I wanted to thank the Bish that flew with me in LW Orange tonight for your patience. My antiquated 14th century, paper cup and string, piece of #$%, soda straw dial-up kept having to redial in the middle of missions. Very frustrating to say the least.
My phone company SAYS they will have DSL out here in a few months.
(Grunt, snicker...) yeah, right.
Anyway, thanks for putting up with my troubles.

So what you're saying is that you'll have DSL in two weeks?:p

Been having the same problem the past couple days. Maybe it's our state, or that thunderstorm rolling through the Oregon/California/Nevada area messing with the paper cup string connection.

i hate it when the cup gets soaked and the string is wet.

Oh man, I remember when my cable company said they would have cable internet shortly, 2 years later we have cable! And max DL is 65 kb/s!
