Title: Small question:
Post by: Lusche on September 01, 2007, 09:27:35 PM
If you .report a player (abusive private voice messaging)  is just the fact that a complained was filed logged, or does the system in any way saves the last voice transissions of the accused player to be reviewed by HTC staff?

My own guess is: No it doesn't, but does anybody know?

The report system apparently goes only off the number of reports, and who sent them (ie, 1 player can't spam a bunch of .reports, afaik), and records no audio. The voice report command, .vreport or reportv, whatever, is basically useless. If you want a response, you should just send HTC the film. Without film, you won't get anything. I don't think they even look at the reports unless there's an issue they're aware of.

At the help site for dot commands there is:

.report GameID

for Text violations, and

.vreport GameID

for Vox violations.
