Or will you just move down to the 2nd place winner?
Just wondering. :)
-
oh come now surely you know the correct answer for that one sir :D
-
Ya, but someone had to ask. :)

We've been using the dictatorship model to choose planes in the past and tried democracy with the last plane selection. Next up we're trying a theocracy. So we're waiting for God to come to HT in a vision. We have flame extinguishers next to all the bushes close to the office.

sudz? If I send you some re-appearing ink, how much to have you write the next model on the wall beside HT's desk in the initially invisible ink? :)

I hope not.
If so, they may as well not include anything but American aircraft on the list.

Shiva is DNG (Diety Non Grata) for 6-armed stick stirring and Odin just wants ravens diving into the opponents engines. Also, he's a little miffed at our use of the term God "eye". However, if Bast shows up topless we may end up with flying cats.

I saw what you're talking about. Then again I also saw the Virgin Mary in my cheerios this morning.

How did you answer?
I quickly explained I had asked about how the next AC was going to be chosen in a flight simulator and that the last time it was a public vote. I then read your reply. :) Several laughed, but it was lost on most.
I also had to explain what a theocracy is to most. It actually turned in to a interesting class discussion for the rest of the silent reading time as we discussed the pro's and con's of a democracy and dictatorship. :aok
-
what happens when anarchy is the only remaining option? Do we all just not pay attention to it and let the plane pick itself?
-
I think the P39 would be the only right aircraft that should be next.It only lost to the B25 by .2%(i beleave).Look now all the hype about the B25 and it all ready died off,not alot of people fly alot. The P39 would be a good choice for the next fighter to AcesHigh.

But i wanna p-26 :cry

We (formerly known as CBass) thank you for the correction, however, We(CBass) are to be reffered to by all lesser beings (everyone except my mom) as THE. We thank you for this use in the future.
and no it was not a choice the P-26 was an early war american fighter, primarily flown by the french. It was the first American plane to down a German plane, although it was a frenchie flying it.

Me and God had a few beers last night and finished up an old bottle of scotch.
Man, I gotta tell ya. That guy can really throw them back!
I kinda wish his boy wasn't there though, he kept changing the beer to wine. That kid is a little light in the loafers if you ask me.
Anyway, I digress. God told me he was rooting for the HE111 as next up on the wish list. He has a soft spot for the overworked and underpayed.

Now let me clean off my monitor......
Got happy thinking about actually flying a HE-111:aok

As I see many of you love the geographic map in my avatar, I won't change it, not yet.
As for the topic at hand....

Don't forget, Vans, that it had so many votes because it was the last fighter option left in the contest. Maybe, if put up against another fighter, it wouldn't have had that much votes. So, I think we can't rely anymore on those results. :)
My options, from another similar (but way less funny!) thread:
I'd say we badly need the He-111, it was a too important plane for Germany not to have it. Then I'd like to have some russian bombers and maybe some more Italian plane for early/mid war (and, mind you, G.55 is mid war ;) ), especially some bombers. Then Ju-52 as an alternative to C-47...
WAIT! I've asked for too many bombers! Gimme an attack plane, too... Me-410, please! :)
But I guess that Rolex way of choosing is our best bet! Let's start it!

Sudz, you should have made the comic in RL! :D
Btw, given so many people here are on so good term with God, can you ask him if he can make me win the lottery and make my life less miserable?

In my eyes, this is the most needed plane in AH, worth it`s weight in gold when coming to scenarios.
HE 111 it must be!

I have been informed that I was incorrect. It was not a "dictatorship" but enlightened, benevolent leadership. The phrase God-King was used.

Judging from the complete lack of response that followed, this has to be the Most Underrated Absolutley Hilarious Post of the decade. The monitor cleaning bill is on its way....
And if ithe joke didnt click for ya ...Here's Shiva
(http://www.spaceandmotion.com/Images/philosophy/shiva-hindu-god.jpg)
(Imagine the custom HOTAS she'd need)
And here's Odin, who incidentally sacrificed his left eye to gain knowledge:
Notice his Raven servants, whose translated names are "Thought" and "Memory" They search the entire earth to gain more knowledge for Odin.
Meanwhile, in what must have at one point been thought to be an attractive portrayal, here's a statue (from the Louvre) of the Egyptian goddess Bast in her form as a lioness:
We'll just leave her human form to imagination...especially, it appears, to Sudz' imagination. She was, by the way, especially fond of cats.
Sudz -- Very nicely done, sir!

No no no - he said Boulton Paul Defiant. It was His personal favorite as only those with a very close relationship with Him would agree to fly it.

Or how about mine: Is there going to be another plane selection this year? And if so, how long? I know these HTC folk work hard, thanks.

Ahhh Ahhhhh *chhhhhhooooooo YAK ooooooo*
I would have went with the A26, but with the varients of the B25, Im very pleased. The 25 H has filled a nice void. Still learning the plane and application, but very very pleased with the plane none the less.
Any chance that HTC wold put another planeset in before the end of the year.? Just curious.

i think that all planes should be brought up to AHII standards first...for instance mossie could be brought upto AHII standards and have different versions added....
