If you really want to se a car explode, find out if Benny"Boom Boom"Koske is performing near you. I saw hi m in NH a few years ago. He stuffs a car full of dynamite, gets in, and blows it up. Car alarms were going off at our hotel...8 miles away.

One thing about that video...it states it was hi-speed film.  It was not.  That video was made using a hi-speed digital camera.

Here's some more videos:

I'm not a film / video maker. It makes no difference to me if it's made using a digital camera or made using a camera which spools high speed film.

This is another reason why I did not state if it were filmed using a High Speed Camera or a High Speed Digital Camera. The topic is too confrontational to me.:D

My apologizes....I did not realize that you were the one the posted the video on Break.com (the notes on break.com site where the video was is what I was referring to...that's where it states "film") :D

I didn't post the film, I found it when a squaddie of mine was posting a link to some moron literally blowing up an inter tube to see what it would do when it was filled with too much air.

Still not as cool as when the Mythbusters waporized a cement truck with half a ton of high-explosive. :D

Did they show it in super-slow-motion?

Yes, and also some shots from the perspective of a camera right at ground-zero of the blast, which got waporized along with the truck.
