Post by: WaRLoCkL on September 07, 2007, 08:10:11 PM: Its because you are flying a spit;) sometimes things happen that way, but i bet if u looked at your stats u got the 5th kill. u dont even want to imagin the programming that went into the damage models for this game, it dertims all kinds of things, maybe it just had a little glitch it happens, shoot i have gotten kills for no reason at all befor when nothing was even close to even being a proxi.

Seriously though, The P-51 was built to replace the spitfire, so it's easy to mix them up sometimes. :)

This goon lost it's wing 2.0K away from me while dropping vspply for someone in "OLD TT" (the good one). He flew for a whole 40-60sec perfectly level before being killed by a lala.

Um, no. The P-51 and Spitfire have very different design goals.

The Spitfire's planned successor was the Typhoon, but that didn't pan out.

Well there's my answer. That was pretty fast. I had one of those hiccups before. Vulched a bomber and got 10 kills for it.

I sort of expected to get credit for it at the end of the flight. I shot down the la7 and got the 5th kill message. upon landing, received the "5 kill" message. no biggie.. just interesting.

yes it happens seen guys land 200 something in shermans and they admitted the glitch, xargos also once got 90 kills for killing 1 plane in a field gun i believe

Yup, I got 80 kills on hagert by just shooting down one of his bombers, the rest I earned.

If it ever happens to you please make a screen shot of it, or better yet film it, and send it into HTC. I called them after what happened above and it seems they have been trying to squash this bug for several years now.
