Title: barges with destroyer escort?

guys is there away to attach a destroyer to the supply barge group and have it travel along with it? or to make the barges more or bigger  just to add variety?

also with cv groupes can u add more cruisers and destroyers?

#1 = I'm not sure

#2 yep that you can do I added my U-boat to the CV group so you should
be able to add more cruisers and destroyers...

I'd say "no" to #1. Yet #2, definitely. I did it in my cv603rd terrain. I added 5 regular task groups together to make a single "mega-TaskGroup".

#1  After creating your roads and objects, close the TE and open your MyTerr.oba file in Notepad or any other text editor.  Scroll down to the field where you want to add a Destroyer.  Try just changing "BARGE" to "de" on the last one in the convoy and see what happens.  Save the file and open the TE.  You should be able to see and reposition the Destroyer in the TE if it is sitting on the other barges.  You would have to do this for each convoy you want escorted and your changes will be lost if you click the Redo Objects button.  Have fun.
