Saw a news item a few minutes ago. I'll translate the gist of it:

A 26 year-old guy was caught yesterday morning trying to cop a feel of a 23 year-old  secretary on her way to work on a crowded train. He's a member of an elite paratrooper unit of the JGSDF (the Japanese army). Special Forces, Green Beret kind of stuff.

The young secretary subdued him and delivered him to the police station at the next stop.

This happens alot on trains/subways/buses in Asia.

I did this once and my wife turned me in. Ya just never know.
