Title pretty much says it all. I would add that this would be a mission that members of your squad can see in the missions list.

Seconded

Create the mission but don't announce it works pretty well for my squad. Only once did we have anyone else join.
If you tell the squad and only have enough planes for the squad members present, once you post it, they will join and wala, squad only mission.
I know, it's a work around.

Or hop on squad vox, tell everyone to meet at Air Field # and pick plane such-and-such with this loadout. Ask if everyone's ready, pick a direction and hit launch.

This approach, although being a work-around as SCCA(how DO you say that) stated, also works for us.

But you always have the guy who has the wrong fuel, ord, runway, rolls too fast...something of the sort.

I know all of the work arounds. It would be nice ,however, to be able to post a mission that only the squad can see and actually be able to use the waypoints function on the map and such without having to worry about some dweeb joining in just to vector his buddies(via PM or TS) to you for easy kills. It would plug a huge security hole.

Also, blocking some individuals from joining a well planned mission would come in handy. I had a couple of dweebs take off in the other direction after the mission started and bomb different bases. I would like to keep them from joining me on another one.
