nahh, i get plenty of work, but I can't sleep because, as i mentioned before, the girl in the next room is a "screamer".

She is a BMW thats why. I'm at school in Maine it's loaded with them up here.

My floor is coed and we do share a bathroom although it is the only floor on campus that does so. It isn't really noticable though because my floor has 12 guys and 2 girls on it.
It's an old building so it has little soundproofing which does make doing work hard at times.
and yes this is MY GLORY.

Next time I'd grab up some study material and head to one of the class buildings on campus and settle in for an all-nighter (provided they're open), maybe the art building, that's a cool place to study. Sometimes the art students are working on something at night there. It smells good too, turpentine and linseed oil permeates the air.
Other classrooms such as the business building or humanities have chalkboards you can write on. Been a long time since college. Are those buildings open at night all night?
Anything to get out of the dorm far as studying goes. Usually had more all-nighters than not my last year. 2 or 3 nights a week.

I would but the campus only has 3 buildings that are not dorms, and they get locked at midnight.
I think that the poor guy next store passed out after the second hour of "work" so it was quite enough for me to write my 6 page essay on the retirements of the F-14, A-10, and F-117.

Or you could do what I did in a similiar situation. I play the guitar (albeit badly) so I have recording software, microphones etc to hand. The guy who lived in the apt above me had a screamer of a g/f...he got home one afternoon and they got to it (as you do). I'd just finished a week of nights and got woken by the noise. Wasnt too happy as a: I'd been woken up, and b: I wasnt getting any......sooooo.......microph one, extendable stand, window, and hit record......got a few mins of active screaming, got rid of the background noise, found a really really nice song to mix it into.......cut to disc.....and waited for them to come down. Heard them coming down the stairs, went out and presented the cd to her, with the words, you'll enjoy this one............once they'd come back from the shop, plopped the cd in the player....and turned it up...........I've never never seen anyone so embarrassed, but they didnt make so much noise in future.........:D
Every single time I saw her after that (till they split up), for some strange reason, had the urge to giggle............
