I can't figure out which varient but it's a bomber version of the mossie. the glass nose was used for the bombardier. could also be the N.F.II varient, which had a searchlight mounted in the nose.

I'm thinking a mossie B.35? can't see the wingtips in the picture so I can't tell if it has 3 antenae on them, which were part of its "Gee-H" navigation system. I can see one what appears to be antenae so I'll assume there are 3.

Seems like I remember seeing a photo like this and it's a South American country produced, postwar example based on the Mosquito but with more available engines etc.

Can't for the life of me remember which country though.

Hehehe well done Dan :D

When i first saw the picture i thought it was a Mossie tested with bristol engines, then i noticed the cannon as well as the glass nose and realised it was a completely different aircraft.

Tail is too bulbous for a Mossie too, Mossie is far more sleek.

Caproni Ca.60 Transaereo

Nine wings and eight Liberty engines.

According to Wiki it flew once on March 4, 1921, attained an altitude of 60 feet before crashing and going to the bottom.

Sorry Gianlupo.  I couldn't resist.

The Kingdom of Yugoslavia (1 December 1918–April 17, 1941), also known as the First Yugoslavia, was a monarchy formed as the "Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes" after World War I and re-named on 6 January 1929 by Alexander I of Yugoslavia. It was invaded on 6 April 1941 by the Axis powers and capitulated eleven days later.

The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (29 November 1943–25 June 1991), a socialist successor state to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, existed under various names, including the "Democratic Federation of Yugoslavia (DFY)" (1943), the "Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia (FPRY)" (1946), and the "Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY)" (1963). It disintegrated in the Yugoslav Wars, which followed the secession of most of the constituent elements of SFRY.

The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) (April 27, 1992–February 4, 2003), was a federation on the territory of the two remaining republics of Serbia (including the autonomous provinces of Vojvodina and Kosovo and Metohija) and Montenegro.
