Title: River Terrain Textures - Ghastly Might Want to Read

FYI, if you use the river terrain textures and expect to put PT boats on them you must have the river at 0 altitude.

Also, the seaming between the sections of river isn't right yet. They exhibit the old 2 pixel seam from long ago. It's especially evident in the corner joints.

Thanks!  I'm glad you thought of me, although I was aware of both issues already.  

I'm using them in the terrain that I'm working to add some badly needed variety and for channeling the fight, as GV's can't cross them.  The seams you mentioned are noticable, but beyond my ability to fix and in the big scheme of things not a dealbreaker for my purposes (Although I do wish they weren't there...)

I hadn't intended to use PT boats in them from the very beginning, as without cover, nighttime and any significant ability to maneuver, PT's would be just targets.   Plus, sealevel would just not work for some of my rivers.

Just be careful.

LVTs can cross rivers above or at sea level. It's slow going and looks odd but they can do it.

Aaah - now that I did NOT know....  !!!
