Title: AH2 Turns mic volume down?

I'm having trouble to in-game microphone volumes, because for some reason I would go to control panel and turn mic volume to 100, but then I press the transmit button in AH it gets turned down to 26. Could any body please tell me how to stop it from doing that?

The mic volume under options and voice on the clipboard is directly tied to the Windows volume setting.
