Title: JV44 No Longer Independent Squad in FSO (Please Remove)

CM Team -

Please remove the JV44  Butcher Birds from FSO as an independent squad on the AH Events site (i couldnt find a remove function).  

We will now be flying under the 68th's banner, they have increased their numbers to allow for this.

The removal button wasn't added to the public site as I wanted the CMs to control that.  

If needed, just set your active state to NO and the squad will not be in the CM view for available sides when they go to do the assignments.

There's a dummy squad named Bubba's Bombers that I've had out there since almost the beginning so that I can see what the CiC sees and help troubleshoot.  So if you ever see Bubba's Bombers on your assigned list, it's probably not right :)

Just FYI we may reregister on our own before the next event begins.

I know this is silly now that I had you guys remove us, but they guys may be changing their stance and recommitting to flying under our own banner.

What is the cutoff for me to add us back in before the next event and for the 68th to change their number commitment before it becomes an issues with the CM staff???

In general the Admin CM should be assigning teams by Friday of this week and picking CiC's by then.  So committed numbers, etc. should be solidified by Thursday at the latest so the Admin CM has a stable roster to work with.

But that's just the web CM's POV.

We are officially back on the roster as the JV44 .  i want to extend a huge "THANKS" to 68Falcon and the 68th Lightning Lancers for agreeing to take us in.  Although we got our ship righted faster than I expected and never had to fly with them, I know it would have been good times and bad news for the enemy!
