Ok, I am not following this one well.

See Rule # 1, 2, etc..  Where are the rules to which these comments refer?    Or, is it a running gag?

Whenever you see that TalonX that means Skuzzy or one of the other mods came in and edited that persons post removing whatever they posted with "see rule #".
