Add lighting controls. If gamma, brightness and contrast are too tuff, add the ability to set the time of day.

If you go into Offline, you can change your time of day settings in there.  Next time you play a film, it will show in the last t-o-d settings you set in Offline mode.

Bigger pain than adjusting from the desktop.
