I have 2 sets of Ch products gameport pedals of which I want to send out to my squadies to use with their twisty sticks.
I'm pretty confident they won't have any problems getting them up and running but would like to know for sure from someone who actually uses them in XP with a stick other than CH products.
I know none of my old Ch stick and Throt setups won't work for them w XP unless they.......??? Is there an answer? hehe
Took a quick look around on the board but this is the fastest way to get a direct answer for a specific question I believe.
Thanks

Using my set with a radio shack adaptor, just no toe brakes.

Gameport gear will work with XP, but they need a game port. Many new PC's with integrated sound cards don't have the game port. I have an old TM gameport stick and throttle on XP. I had to install a game port, but it worked.
Vista does not support gameports.

Some sound card gameports don't work in XP, while others do. Even if they have a setup either without a gameport, or one of those cards that doesn't actually function, a 15 buck adapter from radioshack should work for the rudders.

It does work Hubs, I've been using one with my CH Analog pedals for years with XP. As far as XP is concerned, it's a USB adapter and calibration entails just skipping all axis imputs until you get to the Z-axis.
All the Best...
