Former Lt. Nolan A. Herndon, a member of the famed Doolittle Raiders, died of pneumonia Oct. 8 at the age of 88

I am always awed by the sheer bravery those men demonstrated volunteering and executing that mission.  To be brave.....

There weren't many to begin with and we are losing them to time. to those who flew that mission into history. Thank you.
