He had to be sensitive to earn the woman’s movie dollar.
Consider this: Even Chuck Norris will shed a tear if the moment is extreme enough. Being told by your Mama that Ripsnort is your brother and she loves him more is one of those moments; Norris would be bawling (at least pretending in a convincing way to cry because he is such a good actor).

Oh.. and they all mentioned that I tend to check my holster to see if the gun is loose just like the guy in the movie.

One of the things they said was... "are you making people cry that you don't even know now?"
