Title: Vid Card usege

Is there any way for AH to use more of the ram on the vid card . most of the time it is useing less the 63 meg and I have a 512 card and 3 gig  for my system

if your using the ingame numbers as your reference, they may be wayyyyyyyyy off. There is no standard for how video cards report the info, so you can get some really wacked out number.

Basically if you can crank everything up to "quality" and are using the 1024 textures (you have to down load these separately) and can still maintain 50 FPS in a furball, your golden.

Try increasing your resolution, select the show all box in vid settings of the game.  I like to use my native monitor resolution, 1400x1050.  That should use more memory.

on your desktop settings or in your video cards control panel.

Crank up the Anti - Aliasing setting

1x  edges look smoother
2x  will use up more video memory
