Is that some sort of jet pack on their backs or just a modified jump suit to help slow their FPS drop?

Just a special jumpsuit with wings built in. The thing on their backs is the parachute.

those vids make me pucker :o

There's a vid out there of a guy using one of these suits having an unhappy ending with a bridge... after seeing that, the idea of this lost all of its appeal...
