Title: M3U converter?
Post by: humble on October 18, 2007, 08:30:46 PM
I've got some M3U clips i'd like to use as sound clips. Apparently neither vegas 7.0 or WMM detects/supports this mp3 offshoot. So far I cant find a utility that will convert these to a usable format...? Also is it possible to rip a sound file off something like a youtube video?

M3U is a playlist file. Perhaps you can try CDex (http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/) or something else out there that converts audio files.

My sound card has the ability to record as if the speaker jack was plugged directly into the mic jack. (SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS)

Go into the Recording part of the volume control and see what you have. Then use the Sound Recorder or something similar.
