not always with your computer,could b if u r runnin off a router, or also, wat i find that helps is, i go and i delete all my internet stuff, history,cookies,form data, all that stuff, helps a bit, i still lagg, but mostly not till i jump into a large group of planes or GVS

That doesn't actually help, you should include the parts about the graphics controller(s) and sound devices. But you could buy some more memory, even though it might not solve your AH problem...
And if it's Internet related, download pingplotter and try one of the addresses Skuzzy has listed at one of the stickies in this forum.

Thats not a lot for a gaming rig. The processor is just over mins, and less than a gig of memory doesn't help. You didn't post any info on your video and sound, but from what showing here your going to have to turn down the graphic and texture sizes to get it to run smooth.
Post a bit more of the DXdiag report, as well as your in game setting you use. If your loading too much on to your system it could cause mini freezes and warp, and discos.

Check the power settings. Don't have it set to any power saving setting.
Need more DxDiag info as others above have mentioned. If on Comcast or Roadrunner or anything using Level3 in route, there are headaches included there.
