Title: Need/want an older used laptop

Probably the wrong section, but if so I do apologize to everyone.........
I am looking for an older laptop, doesn't have or need to be anything special.  Even a PII 300+ would work for what I am doing.
If anyone of you have an older one you wanna get rid of, or know of someone who has one collecting dust, please IM me or email me at:

I have begun accumulating the hardware and software to start tuning my old project truck, and the software isn't demanding, so I don't need a superfast laptop, just one I can carry around in the truck with me while I get everything dialed in over the next few months.

check ebay. A lot of companies sell off their old units there, you can find some good deals.

Expect to pay about a buck per megahertz though...  At those prices, you might be better off paying $400-$500 for whatever last-years-model laptop happens to be on sale between now and Christmas.

craigslist , pawnshop,refurb, or a bizness surplus type sale are your best bets for a good used laptop .  

ebay is kinda like a box of chocolates , you dont know what your gonna get.
