Off to Amsterdam tonight for a week.

Two days off, then two days of an AGM and then two more days off.

 Bloody luxury!

It has been CRAZY here the past two weeks.  I just spent about 30 hours of time over the weekend dealing with some nonbalancing intercompany accounts from 2002 between about 4 or 5 companies only to be back to square one on Sunday when the guy overseas (whose job I was doing because he gave up) apologetically informed me he had sent an old spreadsheet and that I was using the wrong one.

I was not a happy camper.

Fortunately once I had the correct one I was able to see where things had gone wrong and was able to correct it quickly.

Now I'm sending all the accounts to the auditor and have a couple of other quick items to deal with then I'm off.

Cannot wait...I've been on this rock too long.

Vincent: It breaks down like this: it's legal to buy it, it's legal to own it, and, if you're the proprietor of a hash bar, it's legal to sell it. It's legal to carry it, but that doesn't really matter 'cause - get a load of this - if you get stopped by the cops in Amsterdam, it's illegal for them to search you. I mean, that's a right the cops in Amsterdam don't have.

 have a good "trip"

Richard Dawson:  " Hello Curval...100 people surveyed. The top 7 answers are on the board.  If you where going to Amsterdam...what would you take with you to make it more fun?"

 Curval:" Um.....ahhh...ummm"

 Richard Dawson: "3 seconds darling"

 Curval:" Um...my wife?"

Richard Dawson: (points at board snickering) "Show me his wife!"
