An FBI sent out to local law-enforcement said that an al Qaeda detainee had given them some information that the next wave of terrorism could be in the form of setting wild fires.
Fox News isn't reporting it as fact. They are reporting the possibility of terrorists starting the fires. That is based on FBI memo's.
Let's not let facts get in the way of your agenda though.

It was clearly a Sasquatch who accidentally started the fires. They’re evolving and they’ve discovered how to create fire, but living in the woods and all, their new found skill got a bit out of control and started these massive fires. Someday soon, they’ll discover the wheel.

The Japanese tried this with their weather ballons. They figured if the country was on fire, we'd have to devote man power to fire fighting and that would reduce available man power for factories, etc... It would also hurt morale.
Now if A-Q did do this, they picked the wrong part of the country. All the hollywood types and Cal-hippies are anti-war. If you burn down their cribs they might start pushing for us to blow up more terrorists. You might see Susan and Tim telling the world that we need to fight A-Q over there so we aren't fighting their fires over here.

It's sad when so called journalists can't even name the correct city the fires are taking place.
DOOCY: You’re looking live at pictures from San Diego — Santiago, CA, where the wildfires continue. We were talking earlier in today’s telecast with Adam Housley and apparently police officers in a hovering helicopter saw a guy starting one of these fires. And Allison Allison Camerota, an FBI memo from late in June of this year is popping up this morning and it is ominous.
The live pictures they showed was the Santiago Canyon Fire in Irvine, not any of the fires in San Diego. But then, what else do you expect from a tabloid information station?

I think it's pretty easy to see Fox was trying to use their typical scare tactics for more ratings. It's why they come up with so much of the BS they come up with. I don't think anyone can actually watch that video and not think Fox was trying to imply that terrorist had something to do with the fires.
They used a memo from 2003 to try to lead people into thinking this might be linked to Al Qaeda. Simply because police caught a "possible" suspect close to where a fire started. I mean lets get real here that isn't reporting news that is trying to make up the news you want people to see.
I mean hello, the suspect could be a 13 year old kid whom likes to play with matches. Could be a arsonist or just someone at the wrong place at the wrong time. There are a million maybes and could haves. However instead of reporting the actual facts, Fox news once again trys to make more of a story than what the facts support.
Al Qaeda is the buggy man for Fox News. They love to play the terrorist card at any chance they can. So I figure why not show them for the morons they are.

lol yes that's almost the one.. I always check my posts with spell checker, and I think it must have changed it on me, think I was trying to spell bogey.
I spelled it as boggey with two g's by mistake. I guess I wasn't paying attention when I ran the spell checker.
