Title: Posting Films

Hey guys, I have a couple of films that I would like to have reviewed, but first I have a few questions.  One, is how do I edit films down.  For example- I have a film thats about 30 minutes long, but only want the last 20ish, as the first part was a different fight that I don't care about.  How do I edit it so that whatever I upload is only what I want, say the time frame from 10:15 to 21:09 or something like that.

Second, is how to I upload the .ahf file?  Just through a free upload site?

Edit them with the film viewer to cut them down to the relevant bits - its quite easy to do so.
Theres several free file hosting sites - i wont mention any as i dont need to use em and dont know which are the good ones/bad ones etc.
