Title: Simple question: how to build a skin?

Hi all,
I'm an AH noob, and I'd like to build (trying to would be correct) some new skins. But I don't know if its with an internal AH soft, or external, via photoshop etc.

Can you help me ?

well first thing you need to know is it takes a lot of time to do a good one and only real skins can be submitted for use in the game,not made up ones.

ok i take it that you have read the sticky above about submitting skins which tells you how to get the skin at the begining.

What you need to use is any program that uses layers,photo shop,paint shop,gimp,anything like that.
Always work in layers and remember to save quite a lot,

Ok ty...
Now I have the skin file on my desktop, ready to design the skin I want to submit. The laydown of the plane is a default 190a8, but is there any way to have only the map of the plane without any colors, i.e on a layer? I want to make a red US 190, an A8 who land in Belgium after being shot down by US ack. They took it for research... was nice...
Maybe someone have the lines of an A8 without the colors? A basic 190a8 template...?
 If not, I'll call my patience and try to make it with the actual... will be difficult.
