There are a number of French players, yes. Frenchy and Nomde spring to mind readily.
And most players do not come to the BBS, so I would guess there are more in the game than we know of.

Frenchy is French, Nomde is not.

Mark,
I somehow got it in my head that Nomde was French.
Appologies to Nomde if any offense was taken. I do think both Nomde and Frenchy are great guys though.

I don't beleive either would have been offended. They are great friends. Nomde happens to lead the 56th of which I am member. I beleive Frenchy is still a member of it too.

That looks like it really really hurt.

There are plenty of French players online and they are easy to spot - whenever you're heading to the fight, you always meet them - Heading the wrong way.
:lol :t
-
At the moment I'm more a ghost than a player because of "'Real Life" (tm) but I expect to be back in summer 2008.
You can PM any time me or better join the 9giap as it's the "frenchiest" (is that a word ?) squad currently.

Hi Straffo! I'm already in an International Squad, mostly European. In fact we all together move from another flightsim 1 week ago... To come to AH due to the mass of players to play with. So good to be a newbie again! Reason why I'll stick to my teammates for a long time again. But I'll note the 9giap to say hello if connected.
I also Note that Frenchie & Lucine are french. Cool.

Yeah Ted Nugent, the great American, went weeks without bathing , didnt eat for a week, showed up to his draft board with crap in his pants, and acted crazy, in order to get rejected for service to his country in Vietnam. And he badmouths the French?:rofl

Nobody can change their past, only amends can be made. It wasn't exactly unheard of in the late 60's for people to extricate themselves from the draft.
He also said that "Because I failed to serve in Vietnam, I feel an obligation now, to do everything I can to support those defending our freedom. Do I feel guilt and embarrassment? Yes."

There were but they surrendered about 2 tours ago:rofl :rofl :rofl

That's why I took Spanish in high school, French is DIFFICULT:confused:

I wondered how many posts it would take to get a "French retreat" or "French surrender" reply. There are 100 better reason to ridicule the French - ask any Englishman. This one is getting old.
Welcome aboard Flozer. Nice Bomber/escort you got organized today. Count me and my fat Jug in for the next one.
