Title: PCIE 6pin molex

Does anyone know what the PCI-Express video cards' 6pin molex Y cable that draws from 2 regular 4pin PSU molex's is?  Three 12V's and three grounds right?

Does anyone have a schematic of the positions somewhere?  I need to get some urgent CAD work done for tomorrow and the card I bought second hand didn't have this cable (I did 5 pc shops, none had any), so I have to rig this up from scratch.

It would really save my bacon. :)
