Yea I'm back albeit under a different name "NJH".

On a sidenote has there been a lot of lag lately ? Just wondering whether its my hardware/connection ?

I've experienced many more discos recently.

Def not my clean, powerful hardware.

I put it down to my ISP as no-one else loses connection at the same time.

Always seems to be AH that drops though ventrilo is always ok so thats bizarre :rolleyes:


I'm going to migrate and try a higher speed see if that helps.

not been geting much lag after the few few minutes of the game.but been having some discoes btween 2230 and 0000 hours never at the same time of course .but this is e time momre people log on to aces high

I've only been getting lagg and warps on UDP sessions. On TCP sessions I'm getting very little.

There has been quite a bit of discos & packet loss from Comcast & Roadrunner, as well as other isp's. Look in the tech supt section & see what all the problems are caused from.

I've been unable to get a solid connection for over a week, and despite solid proof my ISP is still trying to point fingers rather than deal with it.:mad:
