Can we have a simple option in the E6B:
Be able to tell what mode you are in; Fighter, Attack, and Bomber.
A lot of times I forget which I am in and end up not getting kills counted.

score potato....
:noid

Not really...
Like today...
I was in an La7 killing M3s...I would have liked to know if I was in attack or not.
Not the score, but more the perks...
-
You get perks regardless IIRC.
EDIT: Attacker perks depend on the other "part" the plane is. B/A planes get bomber perks, F/A planes get fighter perks. Again, IIRC.

Did you crash your Lightning? ;)

Corky didn't let me fly it after DGS...the yoke broke off and it's being fixed.
On a serious note...
I think I was getting mixed up with kill count?

You do.
Choosing a specific scoring mode has no influence on perk point gain at all.

I am often guilty of wondering if I remembered to select the desired mode in the hanger after I'm already in flight. It would be nice to be able to check your current scoring mode while in flight.

What Murdr ^ said. I would also like to see heading (Compass bearing) included.
In some planes its just hard to read the compass.
edit : yeah these things are not part of a real E6B, but would help in the game.

Exactly!
I usually forget when upping to defend a base quickly...or something of the like.
