What do you use to clean your Registry?
-
I use EasyCleaner.
-
I used to use the one in Fix-it.
But now I'm using the one in XPTools.
Which also lets you control start up programs, manage processes, and all kinds of other good stuff.

CC cleaner

I'll second jv16 Powertools. You can get it here. (http://www.macecraft.com/)
It does a lot more than just registry cleaning and tuning.

Depends on what you are wanting to "clean" something like CCleaner won't find viruses, torjans or anything like that and clean them, but it will find dead or changed links.
if you are looking to clean something malicious you'll want an actual tool for that.
