Perhaps it depends on ones point of view.
My personal view regarding domestic violence is NEITHER person in a relationship should resort to it.
It is unneeded and unnecessary! If either person is that unhappy get counseling or end the relationship as fairly and peaceably as possible! Life is far too short to spend it in jail or angry or filled with bitterness and resentment.
And I suggest that the people involved make sure they deal with their BAGGAGE from that relationship before they start another.

Ya I know this Sacks person is a male advocate. Well the way the legal system is treating men IMHO we need a few advocates.

It was not uncommon to arrest both parties on a DV situation involving mutual combat. This was back in the mid 80's up to the mid 90's in AZ. when I was still working.

Wish they still did that! At least until they figured out who did what!
