Title: Mouse view (shift-M) not working

I have read the help files and forums and cannot find an answer to my problem.

My mouse view does not work.  I get no effect when I hit shift-M, even though I have made the proper selections in the View options.

Do you have a suggestion?

Any ideas?  I can't get the mouse view to work.
