my big concern is that it wont be available outside the motherland.

I looked at the screenie's-the artworks' beautiful. I'd like to see the whole, complete game.

Game sales in Russia simply can't pay the development. Typical game here is sold in a "jewel" box, 80-100 rubles per CD ($1US = ~25 rubles).

I wonder if it is the same team that made T-72 "Balkans on Fire", looks very much alike.
