Title: A use for old "ALL" Chat Channel

Country only zone chat. It would help narrow down communications.

Zone channel would be nice to fill the gap between Room and Country channels.  Most do not understand that Room channel only talks to those spawing out of the same field, and has nothing to do with a players distance from you.

I know... it is amazing how many just don't understand that simple concept. it is not "range" text.
