Veterans Day
http://www.military.com/veteransday/History.htm
First of all I'd like to Thank Each and Every Veteran...
Thank you for your sacrifice and love.
Thank you for the blood, sweat and tears that you had devoted.
Thank you for enduring the Family separations..as hard as they are.
Thank you for being there.
THANK YOU.
The words "Thank You" are never enough.

When your born at the base hospital and raised on base housing, go to base schools and your old man spends 30 years flyin USAF, every day is veterans day!
Thats how it is for me, but for the rest of the crowd, a special day is nice too :)

Sent a card to my Father-in-law, and a big thank you goes out to all who have served...
But it seems kinda hinky to start a thread saluting yourself.

A big <

I started a different thread with a ton of pics from today's Vietnam Veteran's Parade here in D.C. because I didn't see this one first.

<

to all you vets out there, from one vet to another. My tribute to the troops? This song I wrote and produced called "What of Them", available at http://www.myspace.com/richowen61 . Feel free to download it and share it. God bless all past and future vets!
