How do you NOT prosecute adults, who portray themselves as a teen, and torment another teen until she kills herself?

anyone read this? (http://stcharlesjournal.stltoday.com/news/sj2tn20071110-1111stc_pokin_1.ii1.txt)

Except for perhaps harassment I don't see them being guilty of a crime. Guilty of being complete ****heads yes, but not of a crime.

I hope the civil lawsuit avenue is still open to them in Missouri.

I'm not sure what you could charge them with. I do think they should be held responsible for their deliberate and malicious behavior especially since they knew that young girl had mental issues.

That is really sad and disgusting.

Though not that far off from what some here did to Serenity.

Not only would my 13 year-old not have a myspace account, she certainly would not be accepting friend invites from people she did not know.  8th graders have more important stuff to worry about.

Anyone who lets their kid on MySpace is an idiot.

It’s the modern version of an SF bath house, but people let there kids on it.... Molesters use it, freaks use it, and hell my cousin used it to get causal sex partners.

What they did was slander its not a big charge but its something. I say make them send a letter to the family every year on her birthday,Christmas, and thanksgiving saying how sorry they are. And if they can do this to that little girl then take there little girl away too because they could cause her to do the same.

Well dammit. What the hell am I doing wrong, then? I can't even get one of those stuck-up ice queens to even give me so much as a "@$#& off!" :p
