News came down today that Dennis Dixon blew his ACL to the point of needing surgery in the 34-24 win by Arizona over Oregon yesterday. He had apparently torn it in the prior win over Arizona State but felt he could still play. Well he played great as normal until his knee gave out on him while making a hard stop. As an Oregon fan I might be a little bias, but it trully sucks to see such a great athlete for any team go out this way, especially with so much riding on it.
