Title: Nose Arts
Post by: Cmustard on November 21, 2007, 05:08:12 PM
Hello,

I am trying to get some nosearts set up, and have the basic idea to do it. I need some help on how to get a noseart picture to A. be a bmp file and B. be the 5.05KG on size. If anyone could maybe stear me in the right direction on where to go to get BMP noseart files and not the common jpg nosearts it would be appreciated :D

Take the noseart file you want. Open it in Paint. Save As as a bitmap. Done.

Unless you want to resize it. Then you need a calculator.

That's because it's resizing the canvas, not the image itself.  Get a nifty program called irfanview, it works great for cropping and resizing (and some other features as well).  It's free.

Or divide 64 by the actual dimensions of the picture. Multiply that by 100 (I think) and put it into the Stretch/Skew dialog.
