Which system is better. My Asus board has Soundmax built in. However, If I plug in my Audigy card I can plug my MS Forcefeedback into the gaming port. The FF isn't recognized by the USB. I've tried it on 3 different computers. So my decisions is to keep using soundmax and buy a new stick or put in my soundblaster card. My x52 is funky after less than a year.

If it's integrated audio, think about it.
Integrated - Costs somewhere around $.02 to manufacture. (Not kidding) Uses the system RAM. Uses the system CPU. Reserves extra unusable space on the CPU "just in case."
Slot cards - Costs somewhere around $30-$50 to manufacture. Uses it's own RAM. Uses it's own CPU.
I've had this Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS in this gaming machine for four years. Hasn't failed me yet.
EDIT: I'd like to note that if we're talking about the same card, it has a FireWire port on the back, not a gameport.....although, I think it has a game port extension thing that uses another PCI bay? Be careful with that. I think I tried using it a long time ago and the system wouldn't boot. I suspect the power supply, but still.

Yep, that is it Ooz.
I went ahead and put it on the system so I could use my Sidewinder FF.
Thanks for the reminder about on board sound. I had forgotten about those short comings.
