Any advice on how to fly these aircraft would be grateful. I'm already pretty good in all of them, but learning some things wouldn't be terrible either.

Urchin has ben seen frequently...he has an excellent grasp of how to get results in the 190 family..as well as some of the JG54 group
remember to use the 190's excellent rollrate feature to change direction of flight
and keep it in the 250 to 350 mph range for best results......
only the FW190A5 has a worthy chance at getting slower and into a semi-turn style fight.......
the FW190's are good for knocking down bombers.....

What he said. If you do turn, I use rudder to turn, not like conventional yank and bank. Keeping speed up is best bet, but it is fun on occasion to get down there low and turn with somebody that does not expect it.
