Title: Messerschmitt 262 locking up game

Anyone else have problems with the 262 locking up game before you can get off the runway?

Happened to me twice in a row last night (sigh, so many perk points lost).  Not being one to give up so easily I rolled my view so that all I saw was the floor of the cockpit thus less info to the vid card during takeoff (thank HT for auto take off).  It seemed to work because I finally got off the ground.

Dunno, but you might get more of a response in the Bug Report forum.  Just a suggestion.

Try it in the DA or TA  (no wasting perks that way) or even Offline.

I have no IDEA why rolling a 262 would lock you up.

You might try deleting the Cache folder in c:programfiles/HTC/AcesHigh and letting it rebuild next time you go online.  You might also delete any 262 skins you have.

You should prob. post a DirectX diag. in the Technical Support forum and let Skuzzy look at what is going on w/ y'er computer..

Something is seriously wrong somewhere.

I had the same problem with the 110 and B-25H. What I did was follow Skuzzies vista optimization tips and every problem I had in the game disappeared. Even the "bombing short" problem which was driving me nuts.
