Title: OzKansas Radar Bars

The radar bars on OZKansas (lw blue) are not lining up properly on the map.

Same map, different issue. P15 (port with an airfield) all planes disabled, even with (at least) 1 hangar per type up.

There is a port with an airfield?

I also saw the darbar misalignment..

Yeah, some maps (I think they're all Fester's, but I'm not sure) have airfields attached to the ports instead of just V bases.

Fixed the ports.  I had forgotten about that with this terrain.  I'll get the grid fixed before they circle around again.
