Title: Grand Slam for lancaster

I would like to see the Grand Slam bomb for the Lancaster. It was a 12-foot long bomb holding 12,000lbs of Torpex in a reenforced nose. The bomb was designed to burrow 100ft into the ground, and causes a shockwave several times more powerful than a air blast, but it had to be dropped from several thousand feet (about 30,000) to burrow into the ground.. Since AH is developing the dornier do335, the b29 and the p39, why not develop this bomb ad an hq/town killer, since all a/c carrying it would have to go far above noe for a long distance?

HT has said no to any bombs over 4,000lbs.

We know about the Grand Slam.   The largest bomb we get is the Cookie.    

Search these things next time.  

HTC is NOT working on the D0335, B29.   I could see the Pee39.
