Title: Get booted when I actuate my flaps

Occasionally, when I actuate my flaps the screen minimizes to a 75%, black screen in the upper left corner.  Program either auto closes or I have to use task manager.  (windows "report error" box pops up) I have to relog and it counts as a disco.

Bug or my puter?  :huh

Custom sound pack? might be a bad flaps up/down sound
Easy to test, revert back or use default sounds and see if it continues
