Title: jerky film .2k jitters on all other planes

i noticed all my films have a jitter on all planes of +/- .2k they jitter back and forth.

is this what everybody sees this jerky slideshow or is my stuff messed up?

Happens to me too. It's a pain in the back side.

Noticed it in my DGS films from October.

It seems to me, it happens with players that have weak connections, really shows up bad with large groups, alot of the film i get from players with weak connections is unuseable.

Film playback is awfully rough. Is it the viewer accessing the HDD for textures maybe? Also, I wonder if the smoothing code is used in playback, or if the viewer just renders planes using the positional info in the films.

this is the first time in ages that i used the film viewer since they changed it from the old verson.
every film i view is just how fester says.jerking all over so it is unusable.

the old version of the film viwer while limited didnt have this problem

Odd...i haven't run into this at all, viewing my films or other peoples'.

Question for you guys having the trouble: What happens if you load start AH2 first, presumably getting the textures loaded, and then exit to start the film viewer?
