Title: Can't fire guns when joined to a vehicle

I just tried this two or three times and couldn't fire at all.  The driver had some problems driving too, apparently.

Did the driver make sure he was in the driver's position before accepting the invite? If you're in the turret when you accept an invite, you normally get stuck, with neither person able to shoot or drive.
